Lamb Screen Printing order terms

These terms are version 1 (September 2026).

  1. 1. Quotes and payment. Your quote is valid until the date shown. Full payment is due before your order goes on press, unless you have approved payment terms on file.
  2. 2. Your in-hands date. Your date is confirmed once your quote is approved, your invoice is paid, and your final art is approved. We often start sooner, but the date we promise counts from the last of those three.
  3. 3. Turnaround. Standard turnaround is 14 calendar days from that point. Sooner dates may carry rush pricing, which your quote shows as the price for your date next to the price at standard turnaround.
  4. 4. Art approval. The proof you approve is what we print, so please check spelling, dates, sizes, colors, placement and quantities. Revisions to our proof before approval are included; creating or rebuilding artwork is quoted as art time. Changes after approval are billed as art time and can move your date.
  5. 5. Color. We mix inks to the Pantone colors you approve. Ink on fabric can look different from a screen or swatch, and garment color, dye lot and lighting all affect the result. Minor variation is normal and is not a misprint.
  6. 6. Placement. A print may sit up to 3/4 inch from the approved placement. That's normal in screen printing and is not a misprint.
  7. 7. Quantities. On garments we supply, we aim to deliver exactly the quantity you ordered. If we come up short, we tell you before pickup or delivery and bill only for what we deliver, and you choose whether we print the rest, credit the missing pieces, or add them to your next order. If you need an exact count, order a few extra. Pieces added after your order is printed are priced as a new run.
  8. 8. Customer-supplied garments. Please send 3% extra, at least 2 pieces, so you still get your full count if a garment is lost in setup or printing. We count garments when they arrive. You never pay to print a piece we ruin. If we ruin more than the extras you sent, we replace the garment when we can source it, and refund or credit what you paid for it when we can't.
  9. 9. Misprints. If a print doesn't match your approved proof beyond the color and placement tolerances above, tell us within 7 days of pickup or delivery, with photos, before anything is worn or washed. We reprint the affected pieces at our cost and ask for the misprinted pieces back. If a reprint can't make your date, we refund those pieces instead.
  10. 10. Garment availability. If a garment is backordered or discontinued, we contact you before changing anything. You choose to wait, switch to a comparable garment, or change the order. If you wait, your date moves.
  11. 11. Cancellations. Before printing starts, you can cancel for a full refund minus costs already incurred, such as garments ordered, art time and screens made. To the extent permitted by law, once printing starts the order can't be cancelled.
  12. 12. Artwork rights. By sending us artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it, including any logos, trademarks or images in it. We can decline any job we believe infringes someone else's rights.
  13. 13. Unclaimed orders. We'll let you know when your order is ready. To the extent permitted by law, we may charge storage for orders not picked up within 60 days of that notice. Storage arrangements we've agreed with you in advance aren't affected.
  14. 14. Sales tax. California sales tax applies to orders picked up or delivered in California unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file before we invoice.
  15. 15. If any part can't be enforced. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
